There is no threshold to reach and no basket to pad out. One 50ml bottle on its own ships free, the same as ten.
50ml bottles only
Free delivery applies to our 50ml bottles. Sample-only orders carry a small postage charge, shown at checkout before you pay.
United Kingdom only
We currently ship within the UK only. We are not shipping internationally yet.
How it works
Order any 50ml bottle and UK delivery is free. You do not need a code, a minimum spend, or a subscription. It is applied automatically at checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Everything ships from our base in Huddersfield, not from overseas, so there are no customs charges and no surprise fees when it arrives.
When it will arrive
Most UK orders arrive 2 to 3 working days after dispatch, so allow around 3 to 5 working days in total from the moment you order.
Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays. Orders placed over a weekend are picked up the next working day.
Samples and postage
Free delivery is for our 50ml bottles. If your order is samples only, a small postage charge applies, and it is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Add a 50ml bottle to that same order and delivery becomes free for the whole parcel, samples included.
Common questions
Is there really no minimum spend?
None. A single 50ml bottle ships free. We would rather you bought the one fragrance you actually want than added something you do not to reach a threshold.
Do samples ship free too?
Not on their own. A sample-only order carries a small postage charge, shown at checkout. If there is a 50ml bottle anywhere in the order, delivery is free for everything in it.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We ship within the United Kingdom only. If you are outside the UK and want to be told when that changes, join our list at the bottom of any page.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
Never. We are a UK business based in Huddersfield and every order ships within the UK, so there are no customs charges, import duties or hidden fees to pay when it arrives. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
My order has not arrived. What now?
Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 working days of ordering. If it has been more than 7 working days since dispatch, message us with your order number and we will look into it for you straight away. And if anything arrives damaged, we will put it right.
